1. Pickup Only Orders

All orders placed through our website are for collection only at the following location:

We do not offer delivery services at this time.

 

2. No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food, we do not accept returns once the order has been picked up. If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

 

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item(s)

  • Your order was missing item(s)

  • The order was not prepared as requested

  • Your food was not ready within a reasonable timeframe (i.e., more than 30 minutes after scheduled pickup)

To be eligible, please report the issue within 24 hours of your pickup time.

 

4. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Delayed pickup or failure to collect the order

  • Taste preferences

  • Food quality complaints made beyond 24 hours

  • Allergic reactions to known ingredients (please notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions)

 

5. How to Request a Refund
